Refunds - Refund are situational on the issue presented with products. We may choose to reject refund request if we see fit. If customer and Standup Industry LLC comes to a agreement for refund then customer is responsible for shipping charges and sending products back to Standup Industry LLC.  Standup Industry LLC seeks to be fair and honest with customers!

Cancellations - If a customer contacts us before we begin custom order or shipping products out we may be able to cancel order and give refund. if powder coat, custom work, or shipping status has began then we may not be able to cancel orders.
